Abstract

Product quality is an important concern for companies in creating a product. With quality products, the company can compete with competitors in controlling market share. Quality improvement is the most essential thing for a company to exist in this competitive business world. Bread is a food product made from wheat flour which is fermented with baker's yeast or other developer ingredients that are processed by baking. Many types of bread are sold in the market with various advantages. Roti Dua Putra is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by Mrs. Emi and Mr. Yono. However, there are still problems that arise in the production process, namely defective products are still found. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of the problems that occur in Dua Putra bakery products based on problems through the application of a voice of customer (VOC) system.
