Abstract

Toko Creativity is a business engaged in making bag production where all sales and production activities are carried out only at home. In building its business, the Creativity shop still uses a manual system for sales or data management. This causes potential buyers to be unable to get product information offered by Creativity stores and creates obstacles for business owners because they cannot implement the right marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and product turnover. Therefore, this study aims to design a website-based sales and marketing application to produce a system that can provide information about the products produced by Creativity stores to potential buyers. The method used is Waterfall which consists of needs analysis, design, program code generation, testing, implementation and maintenance. The author uses PHP, HTML, CSS and MySqL database.

With the construction of this sales and marketing application, users find it easy to find information about the goods offered, and business owners or employees can better manage data, perform sales processes, and generate reports to adjust sales and marketing strategies that are more targeted.
