Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan warga Surabaya terhadap layanan e-government Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa menggunakan model modifikasi Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption (UMEGA). Responden penelitian adalah 414 warga Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Tenik analisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa facilitating conditions, perceived service quality, dan trust in government berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap behavior intention to use dan intention to recommend, sedangkan perceived risk memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap attitude. Behavioral intention to use juga berperan sebagai pemediasi signifikan terhadap intention to recommend. Penelitian memberikan wawasan bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk meningkatkan perceived service quality, trust in government, dan mengatasi perceived risk guna memperluas adopsi SSW Alfa.
